it gets contaminated because other countries are poor and do there business in areas that eventually get to the the water near home like a river &lakes so on &den the beth and drink that water &thats how it can start

that people bath &drink water even might eat because if the cook &use water

out it in the sun and then get somethyng smiler to sifter but for water :)
